From April 25 to 27, 2025, the "COMSOL Multidisciplinary and Multiphysics Coupling Simulation Training" co-hosted by Shenzhen Boyea Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhengmai was successfully held at the Zhengmai Base in Xi'an. This training aimed to help participants master core technologies of multiphysics coupling simulation through a combination of theory and practice, attracting nearly 50 technical backbones from research institutions, enterprises, universities, and other fields.
The course centered on COMSOL multiphysics advanced applications and optimization technologies, covering modules such as fluid mechanics, heat transfer, structural mechanics, electromagnetism, and acoustics. The instructor team, led by our company’s senior engineers Mr. Sun and Mr. Lu, systematically explained modeling techniques, mesh generation optimization, multiphysics coupling methods, and simulation result analysis, combined with typical engineering cases including fluid flow in rotating machinery, phase change analysis of tunnel frozen-thaw layers, bridge stress simulation, and four-field coupled arc simulation. Through hands-on operation, participants gained an in-depth experience of the complete process from theory to engineering implementation.
The training specially set up a "Technical Difficulty Discussion" session, where participants conducted in-depth discussions with instructors on issues in actual projects such as fluid-structure interaction analysis, piezoelectric effect modeling, and acoustic structure optimization. Mr. Sun and Mr. Lu provided solutions and optimization suggestions one by one based on their experience, and shared advanced skills such as COMSOL custom equation development and simulation APP deployment. Participants expressed that the course content was "full of practical insights" and had strong guiding significance for actual work.
To ensure learning effectiveness, the organizers provided participants with full training recordings and long-term Q&A services through a class group. In addition, many participants registered for the exam of the "COMSOL Professional Competence Level Evaluation Certification (Examination Center Name)" — Engineering Simulation (CAE) Technology - xx Analyst Vocational Skill Certificate issued by the [Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Education and Examination Center], to further consolidate their professional capabilities.
