Course Overview:

SolidWorks Simulation is a design analysis system fully integrated with SolidWorks. It provides a single-screen solution for stress analysis, frequency analysis, torsion analysis, thermal analysis, and optimization analysis. Backed by powerful fast solvers, SolidWorks Simulation enables you to quickly solve large-scale problems using a personal computer. It offers various bundles to meet your analysis needs.

SolidWorks Simulation is widely accepted for its simplicity and ease of learning, as well as its fast analysis speed, making it an ideal auxiliary tool for design engineers in their design work.

Training Objectives:

This training will help designers and engineers proficiently use the analysis and design software, reduce workload, and improve work efficiency.

Course Schedule:

Training starts upon successful registration. Weekend sessions are available (Morning: 9:00–12:00; Afternoon: 14:00–17:30).

Prerequisites: At least 1 year of experience using SolidWorks

Day 1:

  • Chapter 1: Analysis Process
  • Chapter 2: Mesh Control, Stress Concentration, Boundary Conditions
  • Chapter 3: Assembly Analysis with Contacts
  • Chapter 4: Symmetric and Self-balancing Assemblies
  • Chapter 5: Assembly Analysis with Joints
  • Chapter 6: Compatible/Incompatible Meshes
  • Chapter 7: Assembly Analysis after Mesh Refinement
  • Chapter 8: Thin Part Analysis
  • Chapter 9: Mixed Meshes – Shells and Solids
  • Chapter 10: Mixed Meshes – Solids, Beams, and Shells

Day 2:

  • Chapter 11: Design Scenarios
  • Chapter 12: Thermal Stress Analysis
  • Chapter 13: Adaptive Meshing
  • Chapter 14: Large Displacement Analysis

Instructor Profile:

Possesses 5–10 years of practical experience in CAE analysis and holds qualified instructor certification.

Training Fees:

  • 4,000 USD/person (Group discounts: 10% for 2 attendees, 15% for 3+; 10% for students/teachers with ID). Accommodation not included.
