      By combining the nonlinear analysis theory of ProCAST structure with engineering cases, masterthe design, pre-treatment, post-treatment, mesh division with different boundary conditions, model repair and model optimization of casting simulation reverse thrust mold by using ProCAST software.

The detailsare as follows:

I. The goal of this projectis to master the numerical simulation analysis of casting forming process by ProCAST software in the way of explaining ProCAST engineering case.

Project cases: 10 project cases.

II. Typical problems: how to solve the actual casting process design and quality defects by using casting solidification numerical simulation technology.

III.knowledge points: filling process flow field simulation and coupling process simulation with temperature field, temperature field simulation and shrinkage porosity defect simulation, stress field simulation, microstructure simulation, etc.

IV. Trainingmethods:

Class mode: Xi'an/online and offline synchronization

Class time: March 22-24, 2024 (full day classes on March 22, 23 and 24)
