Course Overview:

In the field of CAE, HyperMesh is most renowned for its powerful preprocessing and postprocessing capabilities for finite element meshing. Typically, 80% of a CAE analyst’s time is spent on building and modifying finite element models, while the actual analysis and solving are handled by computer workstations. Therefore, using a robust, user-friendly finite element preprocessing and postprocessing tool that enables seamless data exchange with various CAD systems and finite element solvers is crucial for improving the quality and efficiency of finite element analysis work.

HyperMesh is a high-performance finite element preprocessor and postprocessor that allows CAE analysts to conduct simulation analysis in a highly interactive and visual environment. Compared to other finite element preprocessing/postprocessing tools, HyperMesh features an easy-to-learn graphical user interface. Notably, it supports direct import of existing 3D CAD models (from UG, Pro/E, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.) and finite element models with high efficiency and model quality. This significantly reduces repetitive work, allowing CAE analysts to focus more time and energy on analytical calculations. Additionally, HyperMesh offers advanced postprocessing functions, enabling vivid visualization of various complex simulation results, such as contour plots, curve markers, and animations.

Course Schedule:

Courses start upon successful registration. Weekend sessions are available (Morning: 9:00–12:00; Afternoon: 14:00–17:30).

Course Content:

HyperMesh Structural Analysis Basic Training (2 days)

• Day 1:

  • Introduction to HyperMesh fundamentals
  • HyperMesh automatic meshing functions
  • Finite element model building and calculation using HyperMesh

• Day 2:

  • Introduction to other mesh generation menus
  • HyperMesh geometry cleanup and mesh generation
  • Postprocessing functions

Instructor Profile:

Possesses 5 years of practical experience in meshing and holds qualified instructor certification.

Training Fees:

• 4,000 USD/person (Group discounts: 10% for 2 attendees, 15% for 3+; 10% for students/teachers with ID). Accommodation not included.
• Optional Vocational Skills Certification (1,600 USD) issued by Boye Engineering Technology, valid for career advancement.
