Course Overview:

Pro/E Mechanica enables engineers to test and optimize structural and dynamic performance, as well as evaluate and optimize static and dynamic structural properties before conducting physical experiments. With accurate CAD geometric representation and unique adaptive solution technology, it automatically provides fast and correct solutions.

Mechanica is easy to operate and features fast analysis speed, making it suitable for auxiliary design of products with simple structures.

Structural engineers, mechanical designers, etc.

Through this training, help designers and engineers proficiently use the analysis and design software, reduce workload, and improve work efficiency.

Course Schedule:

Courses start upon successful registration. Weekend sessions are available (Morning: 9:00–12:00; Afternoon: 14:00–17:30).

Day 1

  • Chapter 1: Fundamentals of Finite Element Analysis

  • Chapter 2: Interactive Operation of Mechanica Interface

  • Chapter 3: Characteristics of Mechanica Analysis and Calculation

  • Chapter 4: Definition of Constraints and Loads

  • Chapter 5: Application of Idealized Models

  • Chapter 6: Component Model Creation

  • Chapter 7: Mechanica Analysis and Result Inspection

  • Chapter 8: Sensitivity and Optimization Design Research

Day 2

  • Chapter 9: Static Analysis

  • Chapter 10: Mechanism Kinematics Analysis

  • Chapter 11: Mechanism Dynamics Analysis

Instructor Profile:

Possesses 5–10 years of practical engineering experience in CAE analysis and holds qualified instructor certification.

Training Fees:

  • 4,000 USD/person (Group discounts: 10% for 2 attendees, 15% for 3+; 10% for students/teachers with ID). Accommodation not included.

  • Optional Vocational Skills Certification (1,600 USD) issued by Boye Engineering Technology, valid for career advancement.
